By completing this application form, you confirm and acknowledge that:

• You are duly qualified and competent to render legal services.
• You are admitted as a practicing attorney in the High Court of South Africa.
• You are currently enrolled with the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.
• You have a trust bank account.
• You have a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
• You render 24/7 bail application services to members of the public.
• You will inform us immediately if your contact details or any other information change which may have an impact on this platform.
• We reserve the right to deny an application form.
• If your application is successful, a non-refundable yearly registration fee of R500.00 will be payable within 48 hours after the invoice / banking details has been sent, failing which, we will proceed to move on to the next applicant.

Please note that should we find that you are not rendering a 24/7 bail application service as advertised, we reserve the right to remove your listing from this platform and substitute you with an attorney and / or law firm that does 24/7 bail applications. This platform is reserved and designed specifically to assist members of the public in locating the correct attorney in a time of need. This means there is no conflicting information with attorneys that advertise 24//7 bail applications but in actual fact refers a bail application to a colleague. We cannot guarantee any website visitors and / or enquiries from members of the public. We appreciate the importance and grasp the reality of the fact that an accused / arrested person only has one phone call. We aim to make it count.
